The Shawsheen Valley Technical High School Alumni Association is a nonprofit organization composed of graduates from the past 50 years.  With the retirement of many longstanding members of the school’s administration, faculty and staff, Shawsheen is undergoing a gradual face lift away from the familiar faces of the past 50 years.  Our mission is to provide a forum for classmates to reconnect with each other and with the school.  We encourage involvement from alumni through committees focused on matters such as:  reunion planning, organization of Shawsheen alumni serving in the military, and creation of the first Shawsheen Tech Hall of Fame.  Shawsheen continues to be a leader in education as they draw on the experiences and knowledge of their alumni to help broaden the opportunities of each graduating class.  Alumni participation is therefore appreciated and enjoyed at every level.

MISSION

Our mission is to provide a forum for classmates to reconnect with each other and with the school.  We encourage involvement from alumni through current sub-committees focused on matters such as:

• The creation of the SVTHS Hall of Fame
• Scholarships
• Roasts
• And More!

We are proud to say that over the past three years we have accomplished many achievements, which include:

• Establishing our “Official Website”
• Hypnotist Fundraiser
• Awarded over $5,000 in scholarships
• Yard Sale/Vendor Fair
• Sponsored Homecoming Events and Thanksgiving Game Events
• Biennial “Roasted Ram” Event
• Biennial ”Hall of Fame”
• Networking Events
